I am a 14-year Domestic Violence survivor, advocate & life coach. I survived my abuse by God’s grace and now my goal is to help others overcome Domestic violence, physical, mental & emotional abuse. I would like to help by sharing the tools needed to start living a violence-free life. It is my goal to work with as many individuals as possible to help overcome the traumas they have experienced. As a life coach I strive to empower each family member who is a survivor of domestic violence and to achieve self-identified goals for long term success. We can work together to help you create sustainable habits, positive goals & motivation. I'll provide accountability, support, and guidance to help achieve these goals. Coaching sessions can be done virtually over Zoom or by phone.
